Policies and procedures


  • Check in time is 3pm. Please check out of your room and return key by 11am. If you need to check in before/after office         hours or would like a late check out, please request upon making your reservation or upon check in.
  • Pet fees are $20 per pet, per night, no exceptions! Be courteous to our other guests and please pick up after your pets. Pets must be kept on a leash in the parking lot at all times for the safety of our other guests.
  • City ordinance requires us to maintain a quite time of 10pm. You may continue to use the fire pit after 10pm as long as noise is kept at a minimum, at the hotels discretion.
  • A credit card is required to guarantee room and to cover room incidentals. you will be notified of any additional charges to the room prior to being charged. Incidentals can include missing items, damage to room or for extensive cleaning.
  • Our hotel is non-smoking! Ashtrays are provided for guests outside all rooms, there will be an additional $200 fee added to your room for smoking along with any room damage.
  • Kitchenettes must be left as you found them, or an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be applied to room charges upon check out. If items need to be replaced an additional charge may be applied.
  • Laundry service and local transportation may be available for an additional charge.
